Buy Pre IPO Opprtunities

Retail buy stocks.

Wall Street create stocks out of thin air and cash out to retail.

Imagine getting stock at 50C and listing at $3. Then that stock goes upto $30+ over the next year.

Investment banks take companies public for one thing only. FREE stock.

Then they offload that stock after the I.P.O. Often this is hundreds of thousands of share.. Even millions.

BUT it is a closed shop. The Blue Chip stocks like NVDA, PLTR, AAPL,TSLA will never be available to the public at pre IPO prices. I can guarantee those shares are not available to anyone outside of the well connected.

But on the lower tier they can be. Especially in foreign offerings and mining companies. The very small cap companies that need to raise $2m to $7m (on average)

And the results CAN BE amazing. You can obtain stocks at cents and offload at $10+

There are risks involved. There is no guarantee.  It is high risk for huge rewards.

The Game is Getting in Early

If you really want to make money in mining and metals it’s not about investing in the right companies.

It’s about investing in the right companies before everyone else.

You need to get in before the big money hits. Then ride the wave.

On e of the reasons I’m investing in our most recent deal, what I’m calling PROJECT XXX, is to get ahead of the crowd.

The U .S. Listing Premium

To understand what’s about to happen you need to consider two facts:

  1. Less than 1 in every 20 public mining companies trades on a major U.S. exchange.
  2. Over 70% of the world’s publicly-traded mining companies live on the TSX or ASX, but the vast majority of American brokerage and trading accounts aren't able to trade on international exchanges.

As a result, U.S. capital piles into the tiny roster of mining companies listed in the U.S.—and bids them up.

Minin g companies that move from the ASX/TSX to the NYSE/NASDAQ fetch significant valuation premiums—purely because of the volume of capital that can buy them.

And early investors—those who bought in before the IPO—have a chance to capture those premiums.

The problem is: very few miners IPO on a major U.S. exchange.

Why?

Beca use qualifying for the NYSE/NASDAQ is hard.

You need scale that most miners simply don’t have.

That’ s why our latest deal is so interesting.
